Ordering Process

Ordering Premiere FootOrthotics^TM is fast and simple.

Fill out the order form with your product choices, personal and credit card information. We will ship you our impression kit, which will allow us to custom design your FootOrthotics^TM to your personal dimensions.

When you receive your impression kit, follow the accompanying directions to create a foam mold impression of your feet, and return it to us by U.S. Priority Mail.  Our podiatric doctors will promptly examine the impression, and make adjustments based upon your specific information. Just like eyeglasses, orthotics must be individually crafted for every pair of feet. Our lab consultants will then custom produce and ship your FootOrthotics^TM to your home or work.
